The commitments that bind how we build, deploy and govern AI, written down so that anyone can hold us to them.
Chapter 01
Our mission
ACATHRCA builds useful, reliable AI for everyone, everywhere. Our mission is to put frontier-grade intelligence in every person's hands, and to deploy it responsibly.
This charter turns that mission into commitments the team can be held to. When a decision is hard, these are the questions we ask first.
Chapter 02
People first
Useful for everyone
We build for people in every country and profession, not only for the markets that pay the most. Product decisions consider people on slow connections, older devices and in many languages.
Honest by default
Our products should not deceive or manipulate the people who use them. We tell users when they are talking to an AI, and we say plainly what our products cannot do.
Chapter 03
Safety and security
- Every release follows our Responsible Deployment Policy.
- We do not ship a feature whose risks we cannot monitor or roll back.
- We investigate misuse and publish what we learn through Threat Intelligence.
- We protect user data and never sell personal data.
Chapter 04
Accountability
We report on how we are meeting these commitments through our Transparency Hub and our Safety Roadmap. When we change this charter, we will say what changed and why.
