Usage policy

ACATHRCA products are built to help people. This policy describes uses we do not allow. It applies to everyone who uses ChatGiZa, ChatGiZa Agent and any other ACATHRCA product.

Do not use ACATHRCA products to

• Break the law or help others break it.
• Create or distribute sexual content involving minors, in any form.
• Develop weapons capable of mass casualties, or plan violence against people.
• Harass, threaten, stalk or impersonate real people.
• Create malware, break into systems you are not authorised to test, or carry out fraud and scams.
• Run deceptive campaigns, including political disinformation and fake reviews.
• Collect or exploit people's personal data without a lawful basis.
• Make high-stakes decisions about people, such as in hiring, lending or healthcare, without human review.

Enforcement

We may limit, suspend or end access for accounts that break this policy. Report misuse on our report abuse page or at abuse@wellxai.world.
